This official, international website is set to make life easier than ever for Haas customers, who can simply search by machine serial number or individual part number, add selected items to their parts list and place the order. The customer’s local Haas Factory Outlet (HFO) will then contact the customer to finalise payment and delivery.
Haas Automation has 170 fully equipped spare parts centres around the world. What’s more, each one is capable of shipping 99% of Haas replacement parts on the same day they are ordered, with local service vans dispatched to deliver the spares directly to the customer’s location, wherever that may be.
